The Night preceding Idd is highly blessed night, not less that the “Laylatul Qadr” , in its auspiciousness. Many narrations have referred to the great merits and rewards of those who spend this night, awake as a whole, with acts of worship. offering prayers, supplicating, imploring for forgiveness, and staying at mosques .Imam al-Sadiq (a): The Night of Fitr is the night of receiving in full the reward of the laborer
عدت سے پہلے کی رات (یکم شوال) عامل عدت سے پہلے کی رات انتہائی بابرکت رات ہے، اپنی شب قدر میں ‘لیلۃ القدر’ سے کم نہیں۔ بہت سی روایات میں ان لوگوں کی عظیم فضیلت اور اجر و ثواب کا تذکرہ کیا گیا ہے جو اس رات کو مجموعی طور پر جاگ کر عبادت کے ساتھ گزارتے ہیں۔ نماز پڑھنا، دعائیں مانگنا، استغفار کرنا اور مساجد میں قیام کرنا۔ امام صادق (ع): شبِ فطر مزدور کا پورا اجر پانے کی رات ہے۔
